| What is "Compass Group Mentoring Program" all about? |
| Become a Mentor. Find a Mentor. Whether you are looking to develop skills to help you advance or want to share with others what you have learned, the Compass Group Mentoring Program is for you. As part of a mentoring relationship, you grow both personally and professionally through shared experiences. A mentor is someone who counsels, advises, and shares knowledge and experience with another person. That person is called the partner, mentee, or protégé. You do not need to be in an existing partnership to participate in the program. To become a mentor or a partner, use the steps below. You can search for a mentor in Step 1 below.
Step 1: Access the Mentworking Database to register as a mentor or to find a mentor at: http://compass.csiprogram.com/mentworking/
Step 2: Once you have found a mentor/partner, register your partnership and plan for your role using the following websites:

Step 3: Begin the partnership. Use the tools and supporting documents provided from the websites to help grow your relationship. |

| There is a $5 charge for everyone to sign-up using the Mentworking database. Each Mentoring Partnership, which includes 1 Mentor and 1 Partner, costs $199. The cost is charged to the partner?s operation. Please discuss this with your supervisor prior to signing up to be a partner.
