We cover all five types of Suggestive Selling in depth and each segment includes an interactive exercise to reinforce the training. We empower the team to use "The power of the Chef" to take ownership of their station and help our guests make a great choice. We finish up focusing on proper body language and using reinforcing language to make a great experience for our guest. |
