What is "Compass College II: Avoiding Litigation Landmines" all about?
The Compass College program provides managers an opportunity to interact with their colleagues in a cross-sector, cross-discipline environment while participating in core training that is designed to help them manage the "people part" of their business according to Compass Vision and Values. The three Compass College programs are independent of each other and can be taken together or separately.
This program is a human resource workshop to increase managers' skills in and understanding of: Equal Employment and Litigation Risks; OFCCP Compliance and the HR Assessment; Avoiding Sexual Harassment; and Performance Management.

Who should attend "Compass College II: Avoiding Litigation Landmines" ?
"Compass College II" is ideal for managers grade 9-14. For associates grades 8 and below, attendance will be allowed on a case by case basis depending on promotability. (Please contact your Human Resources Director for approval.) Senior managers grade 15 and above are welcome to attend.

Additional Information
The fee for each Compass College is $125. This includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and breaks.
Transportation, lodging, and dinners are not included.
Full price will be charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class.
