| What is "CFE - Associate Station Training" all about? |
| Station Training involves taking the hourly associates through all steps in the production and retail process of their station. The process starts with Menu Production and Planning and goes through Sanitation and Food Handling, Station Set Up, Retail Approach, signage, recipes, waste and breakdown.
Station offerings for 2009 will focus on Martin Yan, Pipeables desserts, Slider Programs and Current Marketing and Culinary Initiatives |
