What is "Contribution Analysis" all about?
Contribution Analysis takes a look at the important relationship between selling price and product costs aimed at attaining the greatest contribution to profit. By incorporating the movement of products, participants will take a closer look at bringing actual dollars to the bottom line through marketing techniques. This process is absolutely critical during transition periods for acccounts such as prior to a price increase or the introduction of new food concepts.

Who should attend "Contribution Analysis" ?
All unit managers should complete this course and implement the process at least once per year. Any unit that is in the process of re-bidding, introducing new menus, or any major chnages should have their management attend "Contribution Analysis" in order to maximize the potential benefits of these types of changes.
